History of the firm
K B Ferguson Limited, are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers. The business was established in 1984 by Keith Ferguson and has gradually established itself as a leading firm of Chartered Accountants with an excellent reputation. Our offices are based in Gorseinon, and due to our convenient location, just off junction 47 of the M4, we service clients throughout South Wales, West Wales and beyond.
In 2008 K B Ferguson was taken over by Mrs Tracey Jones and Mr Dean Beniamous with over 30 years of combined accounting experience between them. Keith remains a Director on the board, and provides consultancy services on an ongoing basis.

Mrs Tracey Jones ACA FCCA
Tracey started out in business in hotel and catering, eventually purchasing a hotel in South Gower in her early 20’s. It was during this time that Tracey started studying accountancy, and realising that that was where her future lie, eventually gave up the hotel trade to concentrate fully on gaining the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification. Tracey worked in a Swansea accountancy practice for 9 years before moving to K B Ferguson in 2000. Tracey is fully qualified with ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
“I enjoy the tax planning and business management elements of practice and the close contact this allows me with my clients. Privately I am married with two children and when time allows I enjoy reading, cinema and eating out. “
Mr Dean Beniamous FCCA
Dean started his accountancy career with K B Ferguson and qualified with the practice in 1996. A year after qualifying with the firm, Dean moved to a larger practice in Bridgend to gain more experience.Dean completed a full circle and rejoined the practice in 2006. Dean’s specialism’s include audit, solicitor’s accounts, business planning, cash-flow and profit projections. Dean has also assisted a number of clients with Welsh Assembly Grant applications.

I enjoy the regular contact with clients and try to ensure that the “personal touch” is maintained. I am married with two children and in my free time I coach a junior football team which my son is involved with, which I enjoy immensely."
Mr K B Ferguson FCA
Keith founded the business. He qualified in 1968 in a similar size Swansea firm. To gain experience he moved to a “Big Six” International firm based in London and then into industry, working for a construction and engineering group of Companies.
In the early 1980’s he wanted to assist local businesses using his experience by starting an accountancy practice offering more than basic tax and accountancy services.
“I have always enjoyed the contact with clients and the opportunities to add value to businesses. Privately, I am married with three grown up children, three grandsons and enjoy skiing, walking in Gower, watching football and rugby and eating out."
